Mixetape is a video generation platform that allows users to create videos with background visuals and music playlists. Our Service includes:

• Access to video templates and generation tools
• Credit-based video generation system
• Add-on options for customizing video generation
• YouTube channel integration for direct video uploads
• Manual and automatic upload configuration options

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Use authentication methods provided (OTP, Gmail login)

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

4. Credits and Payment

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

• You must purchase credits to generate videos
• Credits are deducted upon video generation
• Additional features and add-ons may require extra credits
• Payments are processed securely through Polar.sh
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Credits do not expire but have no cash value
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with notice

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to videos you generate using our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including all templates, software, technology, and intellectual property, remains our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service.

Third-Party Content: You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any music or content you use in video generation.

6. YouTube Integration

When you connect your YouTube channel to Mixetape:

• You authorize us to upload videos to your selected YouTube channel
• You can configure automatic or manual upload preferences
• You remain responsible for all content uploaded to your YouTube channel
• We are not responsible for YouTube's policies, changes, or any account issues
• You can disconnect your YouTube channel at any time

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes or to violate any laws
• Generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Create content that is hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing
• Generate content containing explicit sexual material or child exploitation
• Attempt to circumvent credit requirements or payment systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute videos generated through the Service without proper rights

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You abuse the Service or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
• Your payment method fails or is disputed
• You create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or credits
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period
• We are required to do so by law or legal authority

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@mixetape.com. Upon termination, unused credits will be forfeited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF VIDEOS GENERATED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HANSSKY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hanssky from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
