3. User Data, Tokens, and Privacy

We collect and store user data, including name, email, payment information, and social media authentication access keys. Crucially, we store your YouTube account authorization tokens (**Refresh Tokens**) to facilitate **offline video uploads and scheduling** at your request. 4. Ownership, Copyright, and Indemnification (Your Responsibility)

• You retain full ownership of the videos you generate.
• You are **solely responsible** for ensuring you possess **all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions** for the music and images used in video generation.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hanssky from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the Service, including **Content ID claims or copyright infringement disputes.**

5. Subscription and Payment

• **Subscription:** Access to Mixetape's full service requires an active subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the recurring subscription fees indicated on the Website.
• **Billing:** Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually).
• **Automatic Renewal:** Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel the auto-renewal prior to the renewal date.

6. Refund Policy
